   Weekly Trends:  Compared to last week slaughter lambs firm to 10.00
higher.  Slaughter ewes steady to 10.00 higher.  Feeder lambs uneven,
3.00-20.00 higher in South Dakota and steady to 10.00 lower in Montana.
At San Angelo, TX 5703 head sold in a one day sale.  Equity Cooperative
Auction sold 1025 feeder lambs in Wyoming and 330 slaughter lambs in
North Dakota.  In direct trading slaughter ewes and feeder lambs were
not tested.  2,676 lamb carcasses sold with all weights no trend due
to confidentiality.  All sheep sold per hundred weight (CWT) unless
otherwise specified.
